A construction and development firm is seeking a Business Development Manager in Ashton, UK. The successful candidate will identify and track new clients, develop sales strategies, and manage client relationships. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of three years in construction business development, leveraging strong sales and networking skills. This position offers opportunities to lead and mentor with competitive compensation.
The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying and tracking new clients, as well as pursuing new business development leads for future projects. This role will work with the estimating team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales strategy, team leadership, and customer relationship management. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans, mentoring team members, and achieving sales targets. This position is responsible for providing effective leadership in pursuing new business opportunities by collaborating with the preconstruction and estimating teams, operations teams, and senior management. This position will be a key driver in obtaining new business and maintaining our strong position with existing clients.
