About the Role

We are seeking a driven Business Development Salesperson to represent the award-winning Redexim range of groundcare implements across the Central-West region of the UK. You’ll work closely with golf courses, sports clubs and contractors, showcasing innovative solutions that keep the UK’s most prestigious playing surfaces in top condition.

This is a customer-facing, field-based role where no two days are the same—whether you’re building new relationships, talking about equipment, or supporting long-standing clients.

What You’ll Do
  • Drive sales growth by promoting Redexim’s trusted product range.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with course managers, grounds teams, and contractors.
  • Identify new business opportunities and manage your own pipeline.
  • Deliver engaging product presentations and attend occasional demonstrations.
  • Represent the brand at trade shows, open days, and industry events.
What We’re Looking For
  • A proven track record in sales, ideally in turfcare, agriculture, machinery, or related sectors.
  • A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially astute.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage your own territory.
  • A genuine interest in sport, turf, or machinery is highly desirable.
