As part of the Executive Team, you’ll lead commercial initiatives, build key relationships, and champion transformation in a hospital dedicated to excellence.**Key Responsibilities*** **Commercial Strategy & Growth:** develop and deliver the hospital’s commercial strategy, aligned with Bupa’s wider vision. Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and income streams. Oversee market analysis and competitor benchmarking.* **Consultant & Referrer Engagement:** build strong relationships with consultants, GPs, referrers, brokers, and insurers. Lead consultant recruitment and engagement, including networking and educational events.* **Service & Pathway Development:** launch and optimise clinical pathways, drive digital innovation (including AI), and champion continuous improvement.* **Marketing & Communications:** lead local marketing strategy, manage agency contracts, and oversee external communications in partnership with Bupa’s central press team.* **Leadership & Collaboration:** motivate and develop the commercial team, foster a culture of commercial excellence, and represent the commercial voice at executive level.* **Governance & Compliance:** ensure all commercial activities comply with regulatory frameworks and hospital policies.
