Location: Bristol (Office-based)
Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 base DOE + uncapped commission
OTE (Year 1): £45,000 – £55,000
Top Performers: £60,000 – £80,000+
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role

This is a structured entry-level opportunity into the international events industry. You’ll start your career in business development, learning how global exhibitions are built and commercialised.

As you progress, you’ll have clear pathways into event management, coordination, operations, or senior commercial roles, based on performance and strengths.

No prior experience required – full training provided from day one.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Researching and identifying high-potential exhibitors and sponsors
  • Contacting prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Qualifying leads and generating interest in our international events
  • Booking meetings and passing opportunities to senior sales executives
  • Supporting wider sales and marketing campaigns
  • Gaining exposure to event planning, operations, and commercial strategy
  • Progressing into event management or coordination roles over time
