The successful applicant will be part of the Business Development Team, supporting applicants through the recruitment process, organising assessment and advisory meetings, and maintaining databases of apprentices and candidates. The apprentice will also support the Business Development Executives with their administration.

Apprenticeships include time away from working for specialist training. You’ll study to gain professional knowledge and skills.
The apprentice will receive training from a workplace mentor and a vocationally competent assessor towards the Business Administrator level 3 apprenticeship standard. In addition, they will complete Functional Skills level 2 in maths and English as part of the apprenticeship, unless evidence of exemption can be provided.
In addition, along with all college employees, they will undertake continuing professional development activities throughout the year, which will include mandatory training such as Health and Safety, Keeping Children Safe in Education, Safeguarding and Prevent. They will also attend the whole college Staff Development and Staff Welfare days.
