Communicates project status, manages dependencies, tracks progress, mitigates risks, and contributes to continuous improvement through post-project reviews, documentation, and training initiatives.**Key responsibilities*** Manages and coordinates teams and resources to ensure the successful execution and delivery of projects, or specific workstreams on larger, more complex projects, driving strategic objectives.* Works collaboratively with global stakeholders to ensure projects deliver against objectives, will deliver value and are completed in time and within budget.* Applies appropriate governance and decision making. .* Defines and communicates project or workstream approach, priorities, issues and status to project stakeholders.* Develops and maintains comprehensive project documentation, including plans, budgets, status reports, and post-project reviews.* Manages all project and workstream resources as needed to deliver against project objectives.* Reviews dependencies across multiple projects or workstreams to minimise risks and delays, working with other projects in the portfolio.* Reviews project progress, identifies potential risks and issues and develops mitigation strategies to address them proactively.* Conducts post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and opportunities for improvement.* Contributes to the continuous development and improvement of project management methodologies, processes and solutions.* Uses project management tools and software to track timelines, resources, and deliverables effectively.**Your experience*** Two or more years’ experience managing business change project teams in a global professional services firm, preferably in the legal sector. ***\*\* Please do not apply if you have only worked across technology projects, you must have worked in business change \*\***** Track record of collaborating with global stakeholders to meet objectives within time and budget constraints.* Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to leverage project management tools and software effectively.**Qualifications*** Formal project management training such as PRINCE2, PMP, APM or Agile.**The team**The Business Change team partners with stakeholders across the firm to deliver change initiatives that align with strategic goals, whether through process optimisation, technology implementation, organisational transformation, or cultural change.The team plays a crucial role in ensuring that change is delivered effectively, sustainably and with minimal disruption.This role offers exposure to a broad range of projects and change methodologies, providing significant opportunities for professional development and meaningful contribution.We are excited to welcome individuals who are forward-thinking, solution-oriented, and passionate about making a positive impact through well-executed change. **Technical Skills**This list of duties and responsibilities above is not exhaustive.
