AI Change & Adoption Consultant

We are looking for an AI Change & Adoption Consultant to join our Professional Services business. This varied role involves working on change management and adoption projects across a portfolio of clients, focusing on Copilot and cutting‑edge AI technology.

Salary & Benefits

The budgeted salary for this role is between £60,000 - £70,000 a year, depending on experience.

Hybrid Working

Location

The role will be based out of our London office.

Responsibilities
  • Running workshops for clients
  • Engaging with business managers and sponsors to ensure an effective change management process
  • Working closely with business development and sales staff to ensure customers receive accurate and aligned advice
  • Supporting project managers to manage budgets and risks associated with initiatives
Qualifications & Experience
  • Experience delivering AI change management and adoption programmes
  • Experience running workshops and consulting directly with clients
  • Hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Copilot)
  • Recent experience working with a variety of private sector clients
  • Aptitude and attitude to engage effectively with stakeholders, from junior employees to exec‑level individuals
  • Previous track record operating in a consulting or services organisation
  • Some exposure to supporting future sales, proposal writing and identifying opportunities with existing clients
