The Trust has a high and increasing demand for automation, and limited development capacity. • Produce clear Process Design Documentation (PDD) to support RPA development
  • Quantify and articulate the value of automation opportunities, including:
    • Cost savings and cost avoidance
    • Staff time released
    • Operational efficiency improvements
    • Potential clinical or patient safety benefits
  • Support prioritization decisions where demand exceeds available development capacity
  • Proactively identify high‑value automation opportunities, including in areas where requests have not yet been raised
  • Act as a link between service areas and RPA developers, ensuring requirements are clear, agreed and well documented
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Experience working with Robotic Process Automation or similar automation technologies in a NHS environment (essential for the client)
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst on NHS projects/programmes
  • Strong process analysis and documentation skills
  • Experience developing business cases or benefits assessments
