Job Description

The Business Analyst (BA) will be part of a team responsible for developing innovative front-office applications supporting the e-Commerce of Equity Derivatives (EQD) and Fixed Income products.

This department's Regulatory Sales Tools development team designs and develops applications that are essential to the sales desktop. Users are based across various divisions within our client organization and their customers. The projects are diverse, given the range of products and stakeholders. Development occurs in London, with testing in India.

The client has recently launched a significant program to enhance their digital offerings.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst in end-to-end delivery of business capabilities.
• Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels and departments, with the ability to provide insights, solutions, and business recommendations based on market intelligence.
• Extensive experience with SQL.
• Background as a Technical, Business, Systems, or Functional Analyst.
• Good understanding of trade and transaction reporting, especially in FI, FX, and e-commerce.
• Experience with .NET, Java, Python is beneficial but not essential.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets and regulations, with experience in trade flows and systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with testing, planning, and execution.
