Overview
Business Analyst – 18‑month contract (fixed term) based in the United Kingdom. Salary: £48,697.01. Working model: hybrid (home, office, or on‑site as required). The role is part of Lincolnshire Housing Partnership’s Digital Change Portfolio, focusing on improving digital customer experience and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Apply structured problem‑definition techniques to analyse current processes, identify root causes, and propose improvement initiatives.
- Document requirements through gap analysis, service re‑design, and process mapping.
- Translate functional requirements into clear user stories with acceptance criteria for development and testing.
- Partner with business and technology teams to align requirements with the programme plan, prioritise projects, and recommend resourcing needs.
- Coordinate project management activities – timelines, milestones, schedules, and reporting.
- Maintain project management tools (e.g., RAID, change logs, lessons learned).
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Business Analysis Foundation certificate or equivalent.
- Minimum of 6 months’ experience in digital transformation programs, with a user‑centred design focus.
- Experience delivering Unified Communications and cloud‑based solutions in complex environments.
- Proven track record with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.
- Experience with tools such as Miro, Jira, and project‑planning software.
- Self‑motivated, organised, and able to work in an agile, flexible setting.
Preferred Skills & Attributes
- Lean and Agile qualifications or demonstrated service‑review experience.
- Analytical, creative problem‑solving ability.
- Experience with data migration or ETL concepts.
