The team you\'ll join

You will work closely with the finance business partners and the wider commercial finance team to provide insightful analysis, driving automation and simplification wherever possible

The impact you\'ll have

As a Business Analyst you will play a pivotal role in supporting financial performance reporting and enabling strategic decision-making within HSS ProService, helping us achieve rapid and sustainable growth.

A typical day

• Partner closely with the commercial finance business partner with scheduled and adhoc analysis and reporting across the rehire and resale verticals.
• Generate trade reporting on a Monday in preparation of the weekly leadership meeting.
• Build and maintain a forecast analysis tool to support with short-term and medium-term forecasting of revenue to gross profit across multiple verticals.
• Work with the Business Intelligence team to ensure the latest data and systems are being used, and where possible standard reports are automated.
• Consolidation of large datasets across indirect spend, including departmental headcount trackers, supporting with forecasting and reporting.
• Support with the creation and measurement of account management incentive schemes, which will involve large data sets and complex incentive structures.
• Support with the maintenance of the Training Business Unit KPI data.
• Ownership of the rebate management process including review and input of new contracts into the system, export of data and development of reporting that will provide clear and directional insight for account managers on profitability and volume gap analysis.

What you\'ll bring

• Accountancy qualification not a necessity, but an advantage, preferably with a bachelor’s degree
• Experience supporting commercial finance teams with analysis and reporting a must
• Strong proficiency and accuracy in financial modelling, experience using excel including power BI, Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Experience with Python / TSQL / VBA an advantage
• Good power point presentation skills an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive and future focused with a desire to grow with the business.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
