A leading mutual life and pensions company is seeking a highly motivated Business Administrator to provide administration support for the Equity Release Advice Function. This role offers a blend of in-office and hybrid work options in London and Plymouth. Candidates should possess strong communication, problem-solving skills, and experience with budget management. The ideal applicant will support the ERA Leadership team in achieving strategic objectives while maintaining a professional demeanor when handling confidential information.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Administrator to join our team. This role is reporting directly to the Head of ERA and will provide administration support and coordination for the ERA Function in line with priorities and key activity across the Function. Supporting the ERA Leadership team to deliver the business plan and strategic objectives.
