Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out domestic energy assessments (EPCs) in line with industry regulations.
• Conduct retrofit assessments in accordance with PAS 2035 standards.
• Complete stock condition surveys, reporting on the state and lifecycle of housing components.
• Deliver accurate, detailed reports using handheld devices and specialist software.
• Liaise with homeowners, tenants, landlords, and internal teams to ensure smooth survey processes.

What We’re Looking For:

• Accreditation as a Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA).
• Experience in Stock Condition Surveys is a strong advantage however full training will be provided by BSN if applicant has no experience.
• Strong communication, organisation, and attention to detail.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
