Brokerage Contracts Officer | 9311 | Permanent Contract | 37 hours per week | £26,403 to £28,142 per annum (Scale E) | Norwich/Hybrid

The arranging of care plays a pivotal role in Adult Social Care, and with an ageing population, this has never been more important.

The Brokerage Service is a highly professional operation within Adult Social Services, that aims to source care and complete contracts for Norfolks adults.

This is an exciting phase within the Brokerage Service, and to help us deliver a high-quality service we are looking to recruit professional, hard-working, personable and organised individuals. Ensuring a high level of accuracy, while delivering contractual care and support that meets an individual's needs.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high quality customer service while delivering against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Contractual quality control, interpreting data, managing complex issues, while enabling providers to invoice within given timescales.
  • Ensure a high level of accuracy while delivering contractual care and support that meets an individual's needs.
Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Social Services would be an advantage.
  • Experience in delivering high quality customer service.
