Breakfast Chef – Demi Chef de Partie

Location: Pennyhill Park and The Spa, Bagshot, Surrey

In a Nutshell

We are actively seeking a Demi Chef de Partie to join our team as a Breakfast Chef. Working as part of a brigade of chefs, your main duties will be to cover the preparation and service of food for Breakfast, and to support in the preparation and service of lunch in outlets as required, ensuring that the highest standards are maintained at all times and ensuring that the designated Kitchen areas, equipment and utensils are always kept clean and tidy to the standards required by the Hotel.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the team in the smooth, safe and efficient running of the kitchen operation.
  • Assist with the day to day running of the section.
  • Assist with all food preparations as delegated by the senior chefs.
  • Follow all recipe guidelines and standards as set by senior chefs.
  • Contribute where possible and assist in the production of suitable innovative menu designs for the relevant event or area of food service within the hotel.
  • Continually strive towards achievement and improvement.
  • Assist on other sections or help with other duties when required.
