As a Breakfast Assistant you will primarily ensure a pleasant and efficient dining experience during breakfast service. Your duties include greeting guests, seating them, taking orders, serving food and drinks, clearing tables, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, replenishing buffet items, handling guest requests, and ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

To succeed in this role you will need:

  • Passion for delivering great service, food and drinks.
  • Previous experience as an event waiter or bartender is preferred but not required.
  • Experience working with customers in a busy environment.
  • Willingness to learn new things and work as part of a wide hotel team.

You must meet the legal requirements to work in the UK.
