The Role:

This role supports on the planning and execution of inspiring and distinctive brand marketing activity across all New Look’s customer touchpoints.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Support on the delivery of brand, social & marketing activity in line with the critical path process.
  • Act as a brand guardian at all touchpoints worked across, helping to drive alignment to our brand guidelines.
  • Support the Brand Executive on the content plan – working with content and product teams to populate the plan and support channel owners with campaign content execution.
  • Build relationships with numerous departments across the business including Buying, Merchandising & Design teams, to drive brand & marketing activity that delivers against key commercial product objectives.
  • Work closely with the Social team, supporting the roll out of campaigns, influencer activity and social first content.
  • Monitor and track the competitor and broader retail, social and talent landscape and suggest rich reactive opportunities to drive brand salience.
  • Involvement and support on all Brand and Social Activations, supporting to deliver ownable New Look activations.
  • Support on the delivery of innovative, insight-led concept briefs to the creative studio – helping to land impactful and inspiring on‑brand activity across the customer journey.
