A leading entertainment company in Greater London is seeking an Operations Lead to manage contracting and supplier relations for various brand experiences. This role requires strong organizational skills and a wealth of experience in creative operations and event management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are properly resourced while maintaining compliance with health and safety protocols. Flexibility and strong communication skills are essential, as the role involves close collaboration with multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of agency landscape in entertainment brands.

Responsibilities

  • Ownership of contracting for third parties and external partners.
  • Developing the Brand Experience supplier base.
  • Supporting Producers with vetting suppliers and risk assessments.
  • Trafficking incoming briefs and assessing their viability.
  • Tracking all work, spend, allocations, and briefs.
  • Developing partnerships with stakeholders.
  • Managing onboarding of partners and freelancers.
  • Setting project timelines and payment milestones.
  • Reporting post-delivery and completing budgets.
  • Ensuring adherence to sustainability and diversity policies.
