Qualifications

About the Role

Arco has a fantastic opportunity for a part‑time Branch Sales Advisor to join the team, working from one of our sites near Reading. You will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service within our on‑site store and will need to obtain security clearance. The role is part‑time, working 24 hours per week Monday to Thursday during our core hours of 9 am–3 pm. No prior experience in the health and safety industry or with personal protective equipment (PPE) is required – we will teach you all there is to know and provide a platform for learning, development and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding levels of customer service
  • Interact with customers in‑store or on the phone to promote our products and services
  • Provide a great shopping environment, ensuring our stores are clean, tidy and presentable—a store we can be proud of
  • Process customer transactions and respond to enquiries using our bespoke IT software

Ideal Candidate
  • Experience face‑to‑face customer service, preferably in a retail environment
  • An understanding of what creates a great customer experience
