Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all proof of delivery (POD) notes are accounted for.
  • Balance branch till daily ensuring everything is accurate.
  • Monitor and review customer credit limits.
  • Respond to customer queries either face-to-face or over the phone.
