A leading building materials distributor is seeking a passionate Branch Manager in Birmingham. You will drive sales growth and customer satisfaction while supporting your team in a collaborative environment. Qualifications

  • Full UK Driver's Licence with no more than 6 points.

Minster, a leading building materials distributor in Northern Europe, is on the hunt for a Branch Manager who’s as passionate about great service as we are.

Hours – 7.00 – 5.00 Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve and proactively drive sales growth, sales & margin targets, customer base growth and customer spend targets through your team.
  • Build close and trusted working relationships with operational colleagues to ensure excellent levels of customer service and satisfaction are delivered to customers.
  • Work to support and develop your team.
  • Work with the Area Sales Manager and Regional Manager to define and implement sales plans for the branch.

Required Skills and Experience
