A renowned hotel in Scotland is looking for a passionate Boutique Manager to lead a friendly team. The role involves managing stock, creating appealing displays, processing transactions, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Ideal candidates will have retail management experience and a friendly personality. The position includes potential live-in accommodation, various discounts, and opportunities for leadership development. Flexibility in working hours, including weekends, is essential, with a start aimed for mid-March.
Pretty much in the centre of Scotland, we’re set in a 900acre estate in stunning Perthshire. Home from home, we’ve been welcoming generations of families for 150 years. We have 215 hotel bedrooms, 55 self‑catering lodges, six restaurants and over 60 onsite activities – there really is something for everyone!
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable in‑store experiences? We are looking for an enthusiastic Boutique Manager to lead our small, friendly team and help our boutique continue to thrive.
As the face of our Retail shop, you will be responsible for monitoring stock levels and creating orders, producing eye‑catching displays, processing customer transactions and motivating your team to ensure the best possible customer service is given at all times. You will become knowledgeable about all the brands and products we offer and be able to upsell these effectively in a warm, friendly manner.
The role requires a flexible approach as we will need you to work weekends and the possibility of covering extra hours due to team members' holidays.
Ideally,’ll be able to join us in mid‑March to allow for a thorough handover.
You’ll have previous experience in retail management, sales, merchandising stock and most importantly a friendly and welcoming personality.
