Here at Vertu, we are looking for enthusiastic, driven people to join our Contact Centre to help drive our success! We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our Bookings Department as a Customer Service Advisor.

This is a full-time permanent position with a 41‑hour week. You will be working Monday‑Friday 9:00am-5:30pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays 9:00am-1:00pm.

Our Call Centre Advisor's look forward to the following:

  • Basic salary of £26,031.72
  • Hybrid working upon completion of probation working 2 days a week from home.
  • No late nights. Additional company benefits including £500 refer a friend bonus and colleague car scheme.

In this role you will be dealing with calls from our customers to book their cars in for services, MOTs, repairs or recalls. You will also upsell beneficial products and services that will enhance the customer’s vehicle and help to maintain the general health of the vehicle, such as air‑conditioning services and winter checks.

We want to hear from you if you have previous contact centre experience, excellent customer service skills and are computer literate. Motor Trade experience would be advantageous but is not essential to be considered for this role.
