About the role

Sytner BMW Sheffield is looking for a highly motivated and hardworking Sales Administrator to join their fantastic team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to the sales team, including file auditing and trade transfers.
  • Assisting with other ad-hoc duties and working closely with the Dealership Accountant, Sales Department and many members of the management team.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by dealing with incoming enquiries from our customers in a prompt manner.
  • Support a flexible working pattern that may include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.
About you

Previous experience in an administrative role is advantageous along with proficient IT skills; however, no specific industry experience is required.

We are looking for an individual who is committed to providing excellent customer service and thrives in a busy, high pressurised environment.

Ideally, you will be extremely organised, confident, have great attention to detail and be willing to go that extra mile. The passion to prioritise customer satisfaction at all times is crucial in this role.
