Qualifications

• CIPD qualified or with an equivalent qualification.
• Experience in traditional and modern training methods.
• Ability to develop SMART objectives and success measures.
• Understanding of quality assurance practices.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of blended learning solutions.
• Maintain and adhere to content library practices.
• Create and author digital content and SCORM files.
• Conduct regular Training Design Reviews to ensure course alignment.

Skills

CIPD qualified or equivalent

Familiarity with training methods

Experience with learning outcomes

Understanding of 5Di design methodology

Knowledge of blended learning

Experience in hospitality

Proficiency in Articulate Storyline

Strong IT skills

Exceptional writing skills
