Job Overview

micro1 is hiring native-level bilingual speakers for Project Lexicon, a Voice AI Training initiative supporting the development of next-generation language and speech recognition models.

In this role, you will provide high-quality, natural voice recordings in English and one additional language, demonstrating authentic regional accents. These recordings will be used to train and evaluate advanced AI systems for one of our key enterprise clients.

Required Language Combination

Candidates must be native or native-level fluent in English and at least one of the following languages:

1. Korean
2. German
3. Polish
4. Russian
5. Turkish

Key Responsibilities

1. Record a short bilingual audio sample:
2. ~20 seconds in English
3. ~20 seconds in the second language
4. Speak naturally on everyday topics such as hobbies, profession, daily life, or weather.
5. Demonstrate native-level pronunciation, rhythm, and regional accent in both languages.
6. Follow all audio quality and recording guidelines strictly, as submissions will be client-reviewed.
7. Select the correct language and regional locale (e.g., English US/UK, Korean KR, German DE, Polish PL, Russian RU, Turkish TR) during screening.

Language & Accent Requirements

1. Native or native-level fluency in English and one required language is mandatory.
2. Accent must sound as if the speaker was born and raised in the region.
3. Candidates with correct language skills but non-native or neutralized accents must make a strong effort to demonstrate regional authenticity.
