Role & Responsibilities
  • Manage the full bid process from opportunity identification through to submission and post-bid feedback
  • Design, write, edit and proofread clear, persuasive and tailored content for Pre-Qualification Questionnaires, Expressions of Interest and tender submissions
  • Collaborate with internal departments including Design, Operations and Commercial to gather technical and project information
  • Develop and maintain a centralised bid library of standard responses, case studies and supporting information
  • Ensure all submissions align with company brand, tone and visual presentation standards
  • Research and analyse client requirements, scoring criteria and previous feedback to improve quality and consistency
  • Support creation of client-facing documents including capability statements, proposals and brochures
  • Assist with writing and designing marketing, social media and website content
  • Maintain and update company information on procurement and bid portals
  • Attend internal review meetings to plan and monitor live and upcoming bids
  • Deliver high-quality submissions within tight deadlines while maintaining brand integrity.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Excellent writing, editing and proofing skills with a strong command of the English language
  • Minimum of three years' experience in bid writing, coordination or graphic design, ideally within the construction or fit-out sector
  • Highly proficient in InDesign, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience managing content on bid portals and procurement platforms
  • Creative approach to producing visually engaging and compelling written submissions
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple bids concurrently
  • Commercially aware with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic and collaborative team player
  • Degree-level education, ideally in English, Communications or a related discipline.
