Qualifications

• Qualified or time served mechanic, ideally with Cytech Level 2 or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in a workshop environment, confident with customer bikes.
• Self-motivated and capable of managing workload effectively.
• Experience with Citrus Lime POS system is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in sales and workshop.
• Service and repair customer bikes to a high standard.
• Refurbish donated bikes for sale or giveaway.
• Participate in outreach projects and bike maintenance training.
• Assist shop manager with social media content creation.
