The BI Developer designs and delivers dashboards, data models, and ETL processes that provide actionable insights to the business, reporting to the Lead BI Developer and contributing to data‑driven decisions and improved customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with business stakeholders, Data Engineers, and other developers.
• Translate requirements into Power BI reports and SQL queries.
• Understand business operations and translate them into usable data solutions.
• Drive innovation within the Data & BI team through improved standards and solutions.
• Support sprint objectives by delivering dashboards and data models.
• Provide outputs that managers and analysts rely on for operational performance.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate across the team.

Required Experience & Skills

• Significant experience in BI development and SQL.
• Relevant qualification and certifications (e.g., PL300 or other).
• Solid knowledge of agile delivery and data modelling principles.
• Expert knowledge of Power BI, SQL, Fabric, and Jira.
• Experience delivering dashboards and collaborating effectively in Scrum teams.
