Benefits Lead - EMEA (12-Month Fixed Term Contract)

What You’ll Lead
  • Drive the annual EMEA benefits enrollment cycle, including planning, communications and broker/carrier coordination
  • Manage the design, renewal and implementation of benefit programs across multiple countries
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and compliance
  • Analyse benefit data, costs and trends to support strategy, decision‑making and governance
  • Oversee the regional benefits budget and provide insights to leadership
  • Develop clear employee communications and guidance to boost understanding and engagement
  • Serve as the escalation point for complex benefit‑related queries
  • Stay current on market trends and legislation to inform continuous improvement
What You Bring

  • Proven ability to operate in a complex, fast‑paced environment
  • Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills
