Job Summary

Our friendly client just outside Bishops Stortford is looking for Assembly / Wiring / Bench operatives (not on your feet) to work within an open‑plan production warehouse. A fast‑track start – ASAP – is available with initial temporary work, with opportunities to move to permanent for selected candidates.

Responsibilities

• Simple manual wiring functions.
• Basic sub‑assembly of vehicle wiring products.
• Crimping skills and other associated duties working from basic drawings (ongoing job training support will be given).

Qualifications

• Flexible and proactive team player.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to follow diagrammed instructions and perform ongoing quality tests.

Working Hours & Salary

4 days a week: Monday & Tuesday, 07:00‑17:30 and Wednesday & Thursday, 07:00‑17:15 (39.5 hours). Friday is a day off. Temporary with potential for permanent.

Location & Transport

Own transport desirable but not essential. Bus Service 508 from Bishops Stortford / Harlow serves the site.
