Qualifications

• Experience with Beauty brands is a benefit but not mandatory.
• Experience in digital consumer marketing focusing on building an online brand.
• Experience in a dynamic market within FMCG.
• Brand activation experience and analytical skills.
• Experience with P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the UKI marketing activation plan based on consumer insights.
• Champion local market insights to the regional team.
• Plan for business performance over 24 months.
• Define local portfolio and channelization based on market needs.
• Ensure excellent execution of consumer-facing marketing activities.
