Are you an Arabic speaker who has a passion for luxury skincare? As a full‑time Beauty Consultant working at the La Prairie counter at Harrods, you will be our brand ambassador, ensuring a delightful and exceptional personalised skincare luxury service. You will build meaningful and long‑lasting relationships with our discerning clients while creating carefully curated experiences through consultations and events.
Main Accountabilities
- Achieve the sales objectives based on retention and recruitment of clients, especially High Net Worth Individuals and existing VIPs.
- Guarantee meaningful business relationships across the store, especially with Personal Shoppers, concierges, etc.
- Ensure retail excellence is performed at all times, maintaining the highest standards of housekeeping and point‑of‑sale standards.
- Create a deep connection with the client to understand their needs, build trust and long‑lasting relationship.
- Pro‑actively introduce and recommend relevant products, ensuring a personalised 1:1 luxury and professional service at all times.
- Maintain the relationship through engaging the client via La Prairie client‑eling tools and systems.
- Be knowledgeable on all products, ensuring the heritage, skin science and benefits are always conveyed in a relevant way to the client.

- Arabic speaker is essential.
- NVQ Certification is desired.
