👋 Welcoming guests into the bar area, taking orders and dispensing a range of drinks from our fabulous variety of menus.

⚡ This is a fast-paced role and requires excellent communication and organisation skills — we encourage interaction between our teams and with our guests, so being a bit of a chatterbox is ideal😉

✅ Fulfilling guests’ orders accurately and as efficiently as possible, without compromising the quality of our products or the level of service provided.

📖 Having a full understanding of our menu and exceptional product knowledge, so you can confidently make recommendations and answer guest questions.

🕯️ Helping to prepare the bar areas (and occasionally the restaurant) for our guests’ arrival, ensuring the ambience is set just right — think lights, music, candles 🎶✨

🛡️ Ensuring we all remain safe, legal, and compliant with our policies and processes (all covered during induction), including our Challenge 25 age verification policy 🔞

🍸 Providing knowledgeable and creative drink recommendations at our half-yearly ‘shake-off’ competitions.
