About the role

Chilled Pubs, a leading pub group in the Midlands, is seeking a Bar Manager to join our evolving family located at ##hierarchyaddress1##.

Base pay range

This range is provided by Chilled Pubs. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

What the role entails

• Lead by example and maximise the guest and team experience, ensuring a highly skilled and motivated bar team.
• Collaborate closely with the General Manager, Head Chef, and Restaurant Manager to deliver excellent food and drink, quality service standards, and a warm, friendly environment.
• Drive a culture of learning and development through monthly team meetings, 1:1s, and personal development reviews.
• Manage all bar operations, including ticket monitoring, stock control, cellar management, ordering, waste and margin control, while adhering to company policies.
• Align staffing levels with budget and create efficient rotas for both the main and cocktail bars.
• Continuously improve processes to enhance overall bar operations, supporting the team in delivering excellence.
