Bank Support Worker – Swansea & Neath – £12.60 per hour

Day in the Life
  • Ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met through a supportive and caring environment.
  • Being a positive role model.
  • Promoting independence by supporting a range of social, school and work‑based activities.
  • Working together to ensure support is tailored to meet individual needs.
  • Keeping accurate records of all activities, progress, and incidents should they arise.
  • General housekeeping duties, including meal preparation.

Please note: This job role involves regulated activity with children and requires an enhanced DBS with barred list check.

You’ll Need
