Priory Supported Living London and Home Counties provide supported living services for people with a variety of support needs, conditions and presentations. This includes people who are autistic, have a learning disability or mental health needs. Our specialist support enables people to live happy and fulfilling lives in their own homes within their community. The support provided by our service is person-centred and specifically tailored to meet every unique need, underpinned by our philosophy that every individual has the right to live the life that they choose for themselves. We can provide support up to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including 1:1 support. We are looking for bank Support workers in the TW14 Hounslow Area. Support workers are key workers, and provide direct support to our service users in support them to live there best lives.
