You will play a vital role alongside GPs and other health professionals to deliver effective patient care and support. PML is a successful not-for-profit, GP-led organisation providing various NHS community and primary care clinical services to patients across Oxfordshire and Northamptonshire. We have evolved as a NHS healthcare provider since 2004 and in the last few years have grown significantly, now employing around 300 staff with a turnover of circa £16m. PML holds GMS contracts, as well as being a GP Federation representing circa 50 GP practices covering approximately 650,000 patients.

BanburyCross Health Centre provides an exciting development in general practice inthe north of Oxfordshire. Following the merger of 3 practices in the town, weare continuing the integration of primary care services to ensure the futuresustainability of general practice and the delivery of excellent patientservices. We are actively involved with our PCN and fully engaged withdeveloping patient-centred services in the community with our local communityproviders and other stakeholders.
