Band 5 Community Nurse

This role is a Block Booking, offering free shared accommodation on a full‑time assignment that includes an on‑call commitment on a rota basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including administering medications and treatments, monitoring vital signs.
• Assess patient conditions and provide necessary interventions.
• Collaborate with doctors, healthcare professionals and families to ensure patient well‑being.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Valid nursing registration with the NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) for the UK.
• 12 months recent paid experience completed at ward level within an NHS hospital setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
