The role: B1 Licenced Aircraft Engineer We are expanding our Maintenance team and looking for skilled B1 Licenced Aircraft Engineers ready to lead and grow with us. With a modernising fleet and flexible type rating training, now is the perfect time to take your career to new heights.

What You Will Do

• Lead and supervise maintenance across a range of aircraft: A320, B777, B787, A350, A380.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and timely completion of planned and ad-hoc maintenance.
• Guide teams, allocate resources, and maintain qualifications across aircraft, vehicles, and equipment.
• Conduct competency checks and manage documentation using our digital systems.

What You Will Need

• Unrestricted UK CAA Part-66 B1 Licence (with at least one type rating).
• Recent certification experience (6+ months in the last 2 years).
• UK Driving Licence (or equivalent).

• Annual Shift Allowance Receive between £4,450 and £9,850 annually, depending on your shift pattern.

For example: You contribute £308 per month (5%), BA contributes £679 per month (11%), plus an additional £31 per month from Smart Pension Credit (0.5%). That’s a total of £1,018 per month, or £12,216 per year going into your pension, helping you save more, faster.
