• Proven experience in planning, scheduling, inventory management, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage multiple, sometimes conflicting tasks effectively.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Optimise inventory by managing stock levels and reducing obsolete items.
• Forecast and manage material availability, including repair orders.
• Produce and share reports, ensuring calibrated tooling availability.
• Coordinate international movements of components/tools, ensuring compliance.
• Maintain Approved Vendor List and supplier documentation.
