Qualifications

  • Proven experience in planning, scheduling, inventory management, logistics, or supply chain operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage multiple, sometimes conflicting tasks effectively.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

  • Optimise inventory by managing stock levels and reducing obsolete items.
  • Forecast and manage material availability, including repair orders.
  • Produce and share reports, coordinating with Engineering and Tool Store.
  • Coordinate international movements of components/tools, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Maintain Approved Vendor List (AVL) and supplier documentation.
