• Experience in F&I, deal stacking, and coaching sales teams.
• Motor Trade experience — ideally as a Senior Sales Executive, Business Manager, or Transaction Manager.
• Confidence to support the team and Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop all new and used vehicle sales enquiries.
• Support the sales team Finance & addon product performance.
• Maximise vehicle and add-on product profitability.
