Monday to Friday, 08:00am - 16:30pm

Location: Hounslow

Salary: £33,622

Automotive Parts Advisor – What You’ll Do
  • Provide exceptional service to clients, including order processing, quotations, and sourcing parts locally and internationally
  • Support technicians with prompt counter service and phone enquiries
  • Issue materials with accurate paperwork and SAP entry
  • Source urgent parts and prepare stock orders for delivery
  • Deliver materials to workshops/outstations and provide updates on critical items
Goods Inward
  • Receive and check deliveries, unloading safely
  • Operate a forklift (with licence) and maintain goods‑in/quarantine areas
  • Report discrepancies, label new stock, and collect items from suppliers when needed
Stock Control
  • Assist with stock counts and maintain accurate labels and bin locations
  • Manage PPE stock with full traceability and ensure safe storage of all items
Outcomes / KPIs
  • Provide efficient support to workshop operations
  • Maintain a safe, organised stores environment and up‑to‑date COSHH data
  • Follow purchasing, stock, and safety procedures
  • Support cost‑saving initiatives and maintain strong SAP and stock‑system knowledge
What You’ll Need
  • Automotive parts experience is essential together with a full UK driver’s licence
  • Mechanical/technical aptitude with knowledge of automotive or industrial parts
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack) (desirable)
  • Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
