Job summary

A dedicated charity focused on improving the lives of disabled and autistic children is seeking a Lead Autism Nurse Practitioner. You will be responsible for safeguarding practices, supporting young children and their families, and working within multi-disciplinary teams. The role requires relevant safeguarding qualifications, excellent communication skills, and experience in child protection. The position offers a salary of up to £47,500 annually, depending on qualifications and experience. Flexible working arrangements are also available.

Qualifications

• Experience in a lead safeguarding role.
• Knowledge of neurodevelopmental pathway assessment tools.
• Experience working with children with special needs.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment and open days for new staff.
• Conduct regular training sessions on safeguarding matters.
• Provide clinical support and mentoring to the team.
