We’re looking for an ambitious individual to join our Portadown store as a qualified full-time Hearing Aid Dispenser (HAD). In this role, you’ll be dispensing hearing aids to customers who have hearing difficulty, and delivering top‑notch customer service every single time. You’ll have access to high‑quality equipment and be part of a professional and welcoming environment in store, with support from our expert team to help you progress.

Our business

We're recruiting for our Portadown Hub with a dedicated audiology test room.

We are recruiting a forward‑thinking HAD to provide care to patients across our stores. Within this role you will perform hearing tests, advise which of our competitively priced hearing aids is best, and ensure each customer receives the first‑class experience they expect. Wax removal is offered, so a microsuction/wax removal qualification is advantageous.
