How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Serve as an Audio‑Visual SME for Cisco AV including deployment, integration, incident management and support for internally and externally hosted events
• Provide concierge level support and management for C‑level and corporate‑wide events
• Plan and execute town halls, board meetings, training, and hybrid events from setup through completion
• Support Fitch’s AV strategy in alignment with business objectives and technological advancements
• Proactively monitor and manage Life Cycle Management for all AV infrastructure and software
• Oversee the installation and maintenance of Cisco AV systems in conference rooms, collaboration spaces, and large‑scale build outs
• Monitor and support day‑to‑day AV related service requests

• Relevant certifications such as Cisco CCNA/CCNP (Collaboration), CTS, or equivalent

• Knowledge of networking fundamentals, security best practices and AI technologies
• Familiarity with AV platforms (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Crestron, etc.)
