What you’ll be doing… As a Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, support your team, and ensure excellent customer service and smooth running of the Restaurant/Café/Lounge areas.

  • Lead and motivate team members to deliver high standards
  • Monitor and maintain quality, hygiene, and safety procedures
  • Manage staff scheduling and daily tasks
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly
  • Support training and development of team members
  • Report operational updates and challenges to management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Working Pattern: 5 out of 7 days | 37.5 Hours a week
