• Experience in estimating and qualifying repairs required.
• Strong negotiation skills with customers and third parties.
• Ability to maintain knowledge of technical repairs including SMART.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and resource management.
• Manage workflow and ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
• Oversee customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
• Estimate costs and repairs efficiently and accurately.
