Associate, Real Estate – Cardiff

The Opportunity

We are looking for an Associate with 2–3 years’ post‑qualification experience to join our Core Real Estate team in Cardiff. This role offers the chance to work on high‑quality property transactions for a diverse client base, including institutional investors, developers, and corporate occupiers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise on a wide range of real‑estate matters, including acquisitions, disposals, lettings and asset management.
  • Draft, review and negotiate contracts, leases and ancillary documents.
  • Manage transactions from start to finish, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service delivery.
  • Support senior lawyers and partners on complex matters and contribute to business‑development initiatives.
Skills and Experience
  • Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 2–3 years’ post‑qualification experience in real‑estate law.
  • Strong technical knowledge of property transactions and landlord‑and‑tenant matters.
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple matters and work under pressure.
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to client services.
  • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
